We're not just an agency — we're your event partner.
TeamMate Events runs your event from the first vendor call to the last chair being stacked. One team, one number to call, and nobody saying “let me check with the other vendor” at 11pm.
TeamMate Events didn't launch. It happened – one client at a time.
Before the name existed, it was just our PR team doing what good client service demanded: running the product launches, the brand activations, and the full end-to-end brief, because handing it off never felt like an option. So we didn’t. And word does what word does – one launch done right became the reason the next client called until we were running events for people who’d never worked with us on PR at all.
Soon enough, that “side of the business” wasn’t a side of anything anymore. So we gave it a name, a team, and a standard of its own. Since then, work anniversaries, sales summits, corporate offsites – a growing list of events that all needed one thing in common. Someone needed it to go right.
We made sure it did. We still do.
Crafting moments that outlast the evening itself.
Every great event is a room full of small decisions, a made right.
Every timeline is mapped to the minute, and every vendor is briefed twice, because vendors who are briefed only once tend to remember it differently by event day.
From the first mood board to the last centerpiece, we design spaces that say something true about the people hosting them — not just something that photographs well from one angle.
We sit on your side of the table – protecting your budget, your brand, and your peace of mind until the last guest leaves.
Nishant Bansal
Nishant Bansal started Teammate Events after a decade on the client side of the table, watching too many good budgets get spent on events held together by last–minute phone calls. That frustration became the whole premise of this company: one team, one plan, no finger–pointing.
Under his leadership, TeamMate has grown from a two–person operation into a full-service events practice trusted by clients across 40+ cities, without ever losing the habit of personally walking every venue before the guests arrive.
The people behind the run-of-show.
A small, senior crew – planners, designers, and floor managers who‘ve worked together long enough to finish each other‘s cue sheets.

Everything a brief needs, none of the handoffs, all of the accountability.
Detail, Not Decoration
Beautiful matters, but it’s never the whole job. A seating chart, a cue light, a signage font — every one of them has actually to work, not just survive the group photo.
Calm Under the Clock
Live events don’t pause for problems, and neither do we. Our floor teams solve quietly, in real time, so guests only ever see the plan working.
One Team, One Brief
Design, production, and logistics sit at the same table from day one. No hand-offs, no version drift — one point of accountability, start to finish.
Built Around the Guest
We plan backwards from how it will feel to walk into the room. If a decision doesn’t improve that moment, we cut it, however clever it looked on the mood board.
